In this subject we will consider the impact of legislation, government processes and strategies on freight logistics. The synergies of integrated logistics in a supply chain and the factors influencing the profitability of the operations will also be investigated. This will allow you to understand the business better and even increase your chances for success if you should decide to start your own company in the future. We also examine freight logistics clusters and management relating to warehousing, distribution and technical clusters. Lastly, we will assist you in developing and effective customer care policy - probably one o t the most important determinants of success in this industry.
