Public Finance (2025S1VFPFN5) is a hybrid subject (that is to say, information is available via the internet and also as printed material), which means that Moodle serves as a virtual campus, and the colleges serves as the contact campuses. Moodle is an online system that is used to administer, document and deliver educational material to students and to support engagement with students. Look out for information provided by the lecturer, as well as information posted on other WCC platforms. 

Information on Moodle will allow you to engage with the lecturer and fellow 
students. Because PFN5 is a hybrid subject, you have to log into Moodle to
